Floating Shelves, Build & Install
We measure, craft, and mount shelves that make your collectibles shout, “Yay, spotlight!” We currently produce 3 types of floating shelves:
Our Premium high end, heavy duty, 3” thick floating shelves which come with our Heavy Duty Mounting Bracket System. (2” heavy guage steel wall band and 3/4” steel mounting rods). These have been tested to hold over 420lbs when installed and secured over 5 Studs with a vertical load centered 6” from the pivot point.
Our standard 1.5” thick floating shelves which come with our Medium Duty Mounting Bracket System. (1.25” heavy guage steel wall band and 1/5” steel mounting rods). These have been tested to hold over 230lbs when installed and secured over 5 Studs with a vertical load centered 6” from the pivot point.
Our Cost-Effective, Proprietory All_Wood floating shelves which utilize an ingenious 2-piece construction and 3/4” wooden dowel mounting system.
We have our wall brackets manufactured to our specs using heavy guage steel. Our light duty wooden floating shelves utilize our proprietory dowel system. All of our models are DIY friendly or you can have us install them. We manufacture floating shelves of almost any size and we would love to handle your next project. Floating shelves are a cost effective way to add storage and interest to your space.
